Day Tripping to the Big Red Bash
You don’t have to camp at Bashville to enjoy the Big Red Bash.
Many patrons choose to stay in Birdsville and travel to the concert site each day.
You can commute by:
Your own vehicle (self-drive), or
The Birdsville Transfer Bus
Self Drive
Day trippers are welcome to drive to Bashville and use the designated Day Parking area.
Day Parking operates between:
- 8:00am – 10:00pm on concert days
When you arrive, simply let the marshals know you are a day tripper and they will direct you to the correct parking area.
Please allow time for traffic during peak arrival and departure periods.
Birdsville Transfer Bus
Transfer buses operate on concert days between Birdsville and Bashville.
This is a convenient option for those staying in town who prefer not to drive.
