The above mentioned company will be hereafter jointly referred to as the ‘Promoter.’
• Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
• To enter the competition, an entrant must purchase a ticket to Big Red Bash 2024 via either www.bigredbash.com.au or https://bigredbash.oztix.com.au/outlet/event/cbf13d43-3e6f-4c97-8032-c0364132d630
• The closing date for entry will be 5pm (AEDT) on Tuesday 26th March 2024. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
• The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner are as follows: For each Adult ticket purchased, the entrant receives 1 valid entry into the draw.
• 2 lucky winners will be drawn at random on Thursday 4th April 2024 at the OMFG head office from eligible entries received.
• Each prize is valid for two people and includes:
– Backstage experience. You will enjoy an exclusive tour of the backstage, have the chance to meet some of the artists and view a performing artist from the side stage.
– Pierce Brothers private set at your campfire. Time and date to be confirmed closer to the event date.
– One alcoholic drink -for each- from our exclusive backstage bar.
– A premium campsite for you and your friends – max 3 campsites.
– $250 Big Red Bash Merch voucher.
– One heli flight for you and up to 2 friends (passengers must abide by CASA weight limits to fly). Time and date to be confirmed at the event.
• No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
• The winner will be notified by email within twelve days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within three days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
• The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
• The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
• The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
• The winner’s name will be published on our website and socials.
